Mr. HERZOG has over forty years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, including the management of more than $15 billion in market value for hundreds of individual and institutional clients. He has overseen public and institutional capital -raising for small and midsize public and private firms.

Early in his career, Mr. Herzog served as Principal and Officer of several Wall Street brokerage firms, including Bruns, Nordemann and Rea; Phillips, Appel and Walden; and Buttonwood Securities Corp.

In 1973, he co-founded Elms Capital Management Corp., a registered financial advisory and management company, and later established the Elms Securities, Commodities and Government Securities Corps. Mr. Herzog has acted as CEO and Chair of a leading electrical contracting company and a bio-technology firm, and consulted to the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. He has served in numerous corporate advisory positions and spurred a variety of successful entrepreneurial ventures.


Mr. DELET has a distinguished 20-year track record in arranging financing for major films, television programs, and entertainment projects, including Dog Day Afternoon, Serpico and Scarface.

He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Artist Entertainment Complex, Inc., a public corporation controlled by Martin Bregman. Mr. Delet has also founded career management companies serving high net worth individuals in the entertainment arena. From 1959 to 1970, he was the senior accountant at the C.P.A. firm of Braun & Garelick, where he was responsible for the tax preparation, auditing, and financial and investment portfolio analysis for major manufacturers, distributors, retailers, real estate companies, and affluent individuals.

Mr. Delet holds a B.S. in Economics from Albright College and was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Accounting Honor Society while at City College Graduate School.


Mr. ROTONDI has spent over thirty years as a senior management consultant in a variety of industries. His expertise includes strategic planning, enterprise modeling, the design and implementation of management reporting systems, and the creation of marketing strategies and presentation collaterals.

Mr. Rotondi was the co-founder of Choice Alternative Investments, an international multi-strategy investment management firm. In subsequent years, he provided strategic planning and content for a HNW niche technology player and revamped the marketing strategy for a $3 billion institutional asset manager. In addition, he designed the marketing strategies for a major hedge fund, and produced analytic market newsletters and monthly business commentaries.

Mr. Rotondi co-founded the Bosworth Group, a NYC-based financial services consulting company whose clients included Merrill Lynch, Citicorp, Aetna, PaineWebber, and Great Bermuda Capital Management. He performed asset profitability assessments and created investment management strategies for them until Metropolitan Life acquired the Group in 1999. Prior to the Bosworth Group, Mr. Rotondi served nine years as Executive Director of Research & Marketing for Securities Resource Management, a Wall Street securities industry consultancy.


Mr. Davis is the Chairman & CEO of TDD Investments and a 25-year veteran in business development. With extensive international business strategy experience in Africa and Bermuda, he has developed the ability to connect with people across multiple cultures and environments. His whole career has been founded on doing what he does best: bringing two worlds together by providing people-to-people contacts. Mr. Davis has vast experience working with local community leadership on significant socially conscious projects. He maintains an entrepreneurial spirit that spurs him to success working across multiple industries. His passion is youth development and community involvement in the redevelopment of inner city neighborhoods, and his familiarity with the needs of young military families has led him to support benevolent organizations like the Soldiers', Sailors', Marines' & Airmens' Club (SSMAC).


Deborah Bernick is a Marketing Executive with 20 years experience in new business development for corporate and non-profit clients in the fields of technology, finance, real estate, law, and higher education. She has planned major international forums for the President of Columbia University and the Council of Jewish Federations, and written speeches for the NYC Mayor's Office. She is a member of the National Realty Club, Women in Finance, the Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) and the South Asian Journalists' Association (SAJA), and is also an adjunct member of the Columbia Business School Alumni Association. She graduated with a B.A. in Asian history from Yale University and received an M.P.H. from the Harvard School of Public Health. Ms. Bernick has worked as in instructor in Teheran, Iran and Mumbai, India and has served on the Board of Vidya, a women's micro-enterprise organization. She is the author of Bodyworks: A Guide to Nutrition and Physical Fitness.


Mr. Freed earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from Bentley University in 2006. During the ensuing years he has founded a Real Estate investment company, traded in the foreign exchange, commodity futures, and U.S. equities markets, raised money for political and civil rights campaigns, and has helped hundreds of individuals and families more prudently manage expenses on their homes. Throughout his life Jonathan’s aim has been to use his strong interpersonal and analytical skills to help people achieve a better future.


Mr. Hittner has a distinguished 25-year track record in special project management for senior executives of Fortune 100 companies, including Ernst & Young, Automatic Data Processing, Kemper Insurance Company, and Harris Bank International. He is effective at building teams and creating internal controls that increase profitability, provide reliable financial information, promote efficient operations, and ensure policy compliance. With extensive domestic and international consulting experience (using his financial, technology and operations background), Mr. Hittner has developed creative business solutions that meet the requirements of small and large enterprises. Mr. Hittner holds an MBA in Management with an emphasis on Information Technology, as well as a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also holds Certifications in Information Systems Auditing, Information Security, and Homeland Security.

Mr. FIRST is a certified public accountant who has been a financial consultant since 1993. From 1990 through January 1993, Mr. First served as Chief Financial Officer of Icahn Holding Corp., a privately held holding company. Mr. First has served on twenty-three corporate Boards of Directors and as a director of numerous public companies. He currently serves as a director and chairman of the audit committee of American Railcar Industries, Inc. He is also a director of WestPoint International Inc.

As Chief Financial Officer of a multibillion dollar conglomerate and a partner in the seventh largest public accounting firm in the world, Mr. First has extensive experience inthe acquisition of various businesses as well as dispositions and restructurings. His expertise includes accounting, tax planning and financial structuring in fields as diverse as airlines, entertainment, hotels, casinos, computers, construction, retail properties, oil and gas, telephone, waste management, and financial institutions.


Mr. LEVIN is a partner and co-chairman of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, a premier, full-service law firm with offices in New York and Paris. They represent Global 1000 and emerging growth companies, institutions and individuals across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Levin has been involved in corporate law for more than 40 years as a counselor, teacher and director. He has been listed in the peer-selected The Best Lawyers in America since its inception. Mr. Levin has served on the board of directors of Fortune 200 companies and has served as trustee (appointed by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation) of a failed brokerage firm. He has held several judicial appointments as special master. He has taught courses in corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation, and has advised public and private corporations in those areas. He received his LLB from Columbia Law School.

He has taught Advertising Concept and Design at the Parson School of Design and The School of Visual Arts in NYC. Desirous of other worlds to conquer in the creative environment, he formed a design subsidiary, "G2". With a staff of 72 and in the tradition of good design, it has become a showcase in the world of contemporary graphics.

While all this was going on in his career, he somehow managed to ploy his God given talent in the art of drawing. His artwork has had accolades at venues such as Fairley Dickenson University Gallery (Hackensack, NJ), the Piermont Flywheel Gallery (Piermont, NY), The Forbes Magazine Gallery (Fifth Avenue, NY), and the New Century Gallery (Soho, NY).
